Why TuneVault Exists

The tools I needed
didn't exist.

After 20+ years as an Oracle DBA and EBS Architect — leading migrations, upgrades, and firefighting production incidents across global enterprises — I knew something was broken. It's 4am. Your phone is going off. The Concurrent Manager is down, or the database is hung, or an ADOP patch session is in a state OEM can't explain. You SSH in. You start querying V$ views from memory. You piece together a picture from a dozen different places — wait events here, blocking sessions there, WLS logs somewhere else.
