Each time you run a full diagnostic scan on a saved Oracle connection, that's one health check. The scan runs all 94 checks across 15 categories — performance, storage, RMAN backup, security, locking, and EBS-specific checks if detected. Demo runs on sample data don't count toward your monthly quota.
No. Checks reset on the 1st of each month. Unused checks don't carry over to the next billing cycle. If you're consistently leaving checks unused, you may be on a higher tier than you need — downgrade any time.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Your new check quota is available right away.
All of them. TuneVault supports Oracle Standard Edition (SE/SE2), Enterprise Edition (EE), Real Application Clusters (RAC), and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) — all automatically detected. Database versions 11g through 21c are supported. Oracle Autonomous Database and OCI support is on the roadmap.
Yes. EBS diagnostics — Concurrent Manager, ADOP session tracking, OACore/Forms/JVM health, and Apps Health checks — are automatically run when TuneVault detects an EBS environment. There's no extra cost or configuration. All 20+ EBS-specific checks are included on every plan including Free.
We're integrating Razorpay to support UPI, cards, and net banking for India customers. Razorpay checkout is launching soon. While we finalize the integration, email hello@tunevault.app and we'll arrange a manual UPI invoice — typically same business day. INR prices are shown at approximately 1 USD = ₹83.
Razorpay supports international cards for customers outside India. Stripe is coming soon for customers who prefer it. All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) are accepted.
Not necessarily. TuneVault supports two connection methods: Direct TCP (connect via host:port if your network allows it) and Proxy Agent (a lightweight HTTP proxy you install on the Oracle server for environments behind firewalls). The proxy agent is a single binary — no root access required.
