You pay per Oracle connection per month. No per-seat fees at any tier. Starter is $29/conn, Team is $24/conn (min 6), Business is $19/conn (min 26), Enterprise is $14/conn (min 100). Users are included up to each tier's limit. Fewer connections means a lower bill — scale up as your fleet grows.
One connection = one Oracle database endpoint. RAC clusters count as one connection (one service entry point). CDB/PDB environments count as one connection per CDB.
Annual billing gives you 20% off the monthly rate — equivalent to 2.4 months free per year. Starter drops from $29 to $23/conn/mo. Team from $24 to $19/conn/mo. Business from $19 to $15/conn/mo. Enterprise from $14 to $11/conn/mo.
When you reach your tier's connection cap (5 for Starter, 25 for Team, 99 for Business), you can't add more without upgrading. Existing connections and health checks continue running normally. You'll see an upgrade prompt on the dashboard.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Manage your plan at Settings → Billing.
